The RBC Dominion Securities branch located in Vernon, BC is looking for a resourceful, efficient and collaborative individual to join our leading wealth management firm as a Team Operations Lead. By providing exceptional support to a high performing Private Investment Management team, you will help manage business and operations within the team. You will play a key role in executing activities and client contact as per the portfolio manager’s business plan, client service plan, and review schedule. What will you do? Assist with Client Experience Management and Service Plan execution for the team. Manage Portfolio Manager and team calendar of events, client meetings, holiday coverage, and team meetings/planning sessions. Ensure all key team processes are reviewed, updated, remain consistent in execution, and strive for efficiencies with team processes. Oversight of regulatory or firm-led initiatives that require execution by the team. Lead team’s marketing and communication channels while following brand guidelines: websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters. Ensure team functions cohesively by managing the execution of each members’ roles and responsibilities. Ensure team members are exceptionally trained through continuous leadership and keeping up to date with available training and development programs offered by the firm. Support the team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain an audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities. What do you need to succeed? Must-have 2-4 years experience in full-service brokerage industry or related service industry Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE High quality time management and organization skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Nice-to-have Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures and proficiency with firm technology Management experience or Human Resources experiences an asset What’s in it for you?
