The Collections Account Manager is responsible for collecting outstanding balances across various company platforms. They monitor accounts and provide timely, effective resolutions to ensure business objectives are met.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of collections experience in auto loans, commercial collections, or financial institutions. Strong communication skills, including excellent phone etiquette and written proficiency, are required.
