Assistant Resident Managers play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management. The Assistant Resident Manager is responsible for cleaning common areas, performing minor maintenance repairs, and preparing apartments for new residents. They also provide exceptional customer service to current and potential residents.

Candidates must have previous cleaning experience, minor maintenance skills, and strong customer service abilities. The ability to work effectively in a team environment is also required.
