As an Olive Garden bartender, you must master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations. In addition, as a bartender, you will ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected so that our guests enjoy a safe and friendly experience that makes them feel like they are part of our family. What you will do in this role: Guide Guests with their beverage selection and recommend offerings Prepare all beverages to brand standards Maintain bar cleanliness and brand appearance Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety program Manage aggregator and take out sales Be a “know it all” about our regular promotional food and beverage menus. The bartender is responsible for preparing beverages to brand standards while providing genuine hospitality to guests. They must also maintain bar cleanliness and ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Candidates must possess a Provincial Responsible Alcohol Service certification and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Previous experience in a high-volume casual dining restaurant is considered an asset.
