$19.00–$21.00/hour + tip-out | Full-Time & Part-Time | Leadership Opportunity Red Robin Langley is hiring Shift Leaders to help lead our restaurant team at 19705 Fraser Hwy #530, Langley, BC V3A 7E9. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside the team, solving problems, supporting great guest experiences, and helping keep restaurant operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: * Helping lead opening, closing, and busy restaurant shifts * Supporting Servers, Hosts, kitchen team members, and other restaurant positions * Keeping restaurant service and operations organized throughout the shift * Coaching and supporting team members in the moment * Helping set priorities and keeping the team focused during busy periods * Responding to guest concerns and helping find quick, professional solutions * Supporting food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and restaurant standards * Helping ensure food-safety and workplace-safety procedures are followed * Communicating with restaurant managers about staffing, guest concerns, and operational needs * Leading by example and helping create a positive, respectful team environment WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for someone who: * Has experience working in a restaurant, hospitality, or similar customer-focused environment * Is comfortable taking responsibility and helping lead a team * Communicates clearly and works well with different personalities * Can stay organized while managing multiple priorities * Remains calm and makes good decisions during busy shifts * Is dependable, accountable, and willing to lead by example * Enjoys coaching and supporting other team members * Takes pride in great guest service and restaurant execution * Is available for a combination of day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts Previous experience as a Shift Leader, Shift Supervisor, Lead Server, Lead Cook, Supervisor, or similar leadership position is an asset. We’re also interested in experienced restaurant team members who have demonstrated strong performance and are ready to take their first formal leadership step. FLEXIBLE ROLE OPPORTUNITIES Depending on your experience, availability, and restaurant needs, there may also be opportunities to work in other trained restaurant positions in addition to your Shift Leader shifts. This can be a great fit for someone who wants to continue working directly with guests or the kitchen team while developing their restaurant leadership experience.
