Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer locations and company facilities Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance and rental-ready condition Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement timely solutions Provide exceptional customer service while representing REIC professionally in the field Train customers on the safe and effective operation of equipment Complete service documentation using company-provided technology Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule Travel up to 50% throughout North America supporting customer and project needs What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy technical challenges, customer interaction, and working in a dynamic environment.
