Summary The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from the time they are sold through to final completion. This role works closely with customers, Project Administrators, Sales, Design & Estimating, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Yard, Logistics, Construction, and Finance to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Remuda's quality standards. The Project Manager is responsible for keeping projects moving forward, solving issues as they arise, managing customer expectations, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire project. Key Responsibilities · Manage projects from sales handoff through project completion. · Enforce and govern project stage gates and ensure readiness before advancing phases. · Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure deadlines are met. · Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. · Coordinate with internal departments to ensure designs, materials, manufacturing, deliveries, and construction activities align with project schedules. · Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability while identifying and addressing financial risks. · Review and manage project changes, ensuring approvals are obtained before work proceeds. · Identify project risks early and develop solutions to minimize delays or additional costs. · Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all required information is current. · Communicate project updates, timelines, and any concerns with customers and internal teams. · Work collaboratively with Project Administrators to ensure project documentation, scheduling, and communication remain organized and up to date. · Support Construction teams by removing obstacles and ensuring projects are ready for each stage of execution. · Build strong working relationships across departments to promote teamwork and efficient project delivery. · Continuously look for opportunities to improve project processes and customer experience. Qualifications · Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry. · Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, purchasing, and project coordination. · Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. · Ability to manage multiple projects while balancing changing priorities. · Strong financial awareness with the ability to monitor project budgets and costs. · Experience using ERP systems and project management software is considered an asset. · PMP designation is considered an asset.
