Cabinet Maker

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our manufacturing and construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking, cabinetry, and related construction skills, with experience in custom fabrication and installation. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-quality projects, contributing to the creation of functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry for residential and commercial clients. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of blueprint reading, precision craftsmanship, and safety protocols on construction sites. What You’ll Be Doing Fabricate custom cabinets and furniture according to detailed schematics and blueprints. Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other woodworking equipment safely and efficiently. Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry components with precision. Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical specifications for various projects. Perform framing, door hanging, fixture installation, and finishing work as needed. Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure project specifications are met. Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety standards. Assist with remodeling projects that involve cabinetry installation or repair. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all products meet company standards. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in cabinetry fabrication and installation within the construction or restoration industry. Strong skills in woodworking, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and use of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of construction estimating, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall finishing (including plastering), caulking, stucco application, roofing basics, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical experience, plumbing basics, masonry work, water damage restoration, mold remediation, rebar installation, concrete forming, siding installation, roofing techniques, drywall repair & painting skills. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during fabrication or installation processes. Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols. Familiarity with CNC machinery for precise fabrication is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
