This is an exciting opportunity to join RBI’s Treasury team and gain broad exposure to the financial activities of a global organization. The Senior Analyst plays a key role in enterprise-wide treasury and financial planning, with responsibilities spanning cash flow forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting. The position develops financial models and translates complex data into actionable insights for finance leadership. Working closely with FP&A, Accounting, and business units, the Senior Analyst contributes to key treasury and business initiatives and interacts directly with senior finance leaders. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and financial modeling skills, exceptional attention to detail, a high degree of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Analysis: Support enterprise-wide cash management across all RBI entities, including but not limited to short and long-term cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring of capital markets and foreign exchange activities Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting and variance analyses for cash flow, interest expense, and working capital, highlighting key drivers and trends for senior finance leadership, including the Treasurer and CFO. Develop, maintain, and enhance dynamic financial models that support business decisions and operational growth planning. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate recurring analyses, and improve data quality. Cross-Functional Support & Stakeholder Engagement Highly detail-oriented, self-directed, and resourceful, with strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to learn quickly, independently research solutions, solve problems with minimal guidance, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while navigating uncertainty. Assist with financial and analytical support for special projects and strategic initiatives, offering insights that guide business objectives and growth. Assist in preparing and presenting analyses, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to support informed decision-making. Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related analytical function Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and use of advanced formulas, charting, and pivot tables. Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and SAP (preferred). Additional Skills Highly detail-oriented, self-directed, resourceful, with strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to quickly learn, independently research solutions, solve problems with minimal guidance, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, dealing with uncertainty Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex analyses to finance and non-finance stakeholders Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP and planning tools is preferred. Salary Base salary range of $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This posting is for an existing vacancy. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long-term incentive plan.
