Room Attendant

The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest suites to a high standard within allotted timeframes. They must also provide exceptional customer service, manage supplies, and report maintenance issues promptly.

IT Help Desk Administrator

The IT Help Desk Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for technical support, managing help-desk tickets and troubleshooting software, network, and hardware issues. They are also responsible for setting up workstations, maintaining IT infrastructure, and documenting solutions within the ticketing system.
