A well-established commercial real estate investment company is seeking a highly organized Property Administration & Asset Management Coordinator to support the oversight of a diversified property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with property administration, lease administration, or commercial real estate experience who is looking to gain exposure to the ownership and asset management side of the business. Responsibilities Review monthly property management reports and financial information Support lease administration and documentation review Coordinate with third-party property management firms Track maintenance projects, repairs, warranties, and operational matters Assist with budgeting, contracts, mortgages, and appraisals Maintain organized property records and documentation Help develop and improve portfolio-wide filing systems and processes Qualifications 2-3+ years of property administration, lease administration, or commercial real estate experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience reviewing leases, contracts, and property documentation Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Office skills What’s Offered 4-day work week (32 hours) Primarily remote work environment 3 weeks vacation Company-provided technology Direct exposure to ownership and asset management functions Long-term career growth potential This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, improving processes, and supporting the successful operation of a commercial real estate portfolio.
