Robert Half is exclusively partnered with a well-established organization in Newmarket that is looking to add multiple developers to their team. If you're a developer who enjoys working directly with the business, owning projects from concept through delivery, and building solutions that have a measurable impact on the organization, this could be a great fit. What You'll Be Working On This is not an environment where requirements are handed to you and you're asked to simply write code. Developers are involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, including: Gathering requirements from business stakeholders Producing estimates and technical recommendations Designing solutions Building and testing applications Supporting implementations and enhancements Managing project timelines and priorities You'll have the opportunity to work closely with teams across the business and see the direct impact of your work. Technology Environment C# .NET SQL Server Windows Server Visual Studio Microsoft ecosystem VB.NET (existing applications) Power Apps Dynamics 365 CRM The environment includes large-scale SQL databases containing billions of rows of data and supports critical reporting and rebate management systems. Existing applications are primarily VB.NET, but the team is very open to strong C#/.NET developers who are willing to learn and work with legacy technologies where required.
