As a manager, you'll have the opportunity to develop your management skills, coach and motivate your staff, and contribute directly to our success. Your role: Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions Determine work schedule while complying with the established labour budget and ensuring that customer needs are met Coach, encourage, and motivate employees Participate in the performance assessment process and employee training, and follow up as necessary Follow the store’s policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety in the workplace What we're looking for: Previous team supervision experience is an asset Strong communication skills Ability to exercise good judgment and set priorities If selected for an interview, please advise our Store team if you require accommodation during the interview and assessment process and we will work with you to meet your accessibility needs.
