Construction Worker

Construction Worker RTP & Sons Contracting Ltd. is looking for reliable Construction Workers to support our site-development crews on projects across the Lower Mainland. This is hands-on field work supporting demolition, excavation, trucking, civil work, grading, material movement, and general site preparation. You will work as part of a crew and take direction from the foreman to keep the site organized, productive, and ready for the next stage of work. What you’ll do Assist with demolition, excavation, site preparation, grading, and general civil work Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Maintain clean, organized work areas and access routes Support labouring tasks around active equipment and trucks Follow site instructions, project requirements, and safe work procedures Work efficiently with the crew to meet daily site priorities Report hazards, damaged equipment, missing materials, or site issues to the foreman What we’re looking for Construction or outdoor labour experience is an asset Reliable transportation to job sites in the Lower Mainland Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work in changing weather Comfortable working around heavy equipment, trucks, and active construction sites Able to take direction, communicate clearly, and work well with a crew Valid driver’s licence is an asset Construction safety training or tickets are an asset Employment details Position: Full-time Construction Worker Location: Lower Mainland, British Columbia Wage: based on experience Schedule: Monday to Friday based on project requirements To apply, send your resume and a short note about your construction experience to [email protected].

Candidates should have the physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work and be comfortable around heavy equipment. A valid driver's license and previous construction or outdoor labor experience are considered assets.
