EGADZ requires a Term Full Time Support Worker for First Avenue Campus (FAC), for September 2026 to June 30 2027.EGADZ is an inter-agency, non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide services for hard to serve youth in Saskatoon with the mission to encourage and support them to make choices that improve their quality of life.FAC, located at the EGADZ Youth Centre, provides full day education program running Monday through Friday. FAC provides a continuum of services to meet the complex and intense needs of many of our youth with Justice involvement. Qualifications: Post-secondary education in the human services field, equivalent experience or a combination of both Ability to establish a rapport with youth whereby being a positive role model. Demonstrate and practice a healthy lifestyle Ability to provide the most inclusive collaborative support that assists the youth, their family and all partnering agencies in order for future educational placements to be successful. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with youth, staff and partnering agencies and maintain strict confidentiality and appropriate boundaries Ability to express ideas and concepts effectively in an oral and written form Working knowledge of computers/windows Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and issues Must have a valid class 5 drivers license that reflects a safe driving record - A Driver's Abstract is Required (Within 3 Months). Criminal Records Check including Vulnerable Sector (Within 6 Months) Starting Wage $ 21.35
