Oversees store performance, quality control, and maintains a safe working environment in compliance with company policies. Requires a high school diploma (post-secondary preferred) and experience in results-oriented retail or industrial management. Must possess strong analytical skills and the physical ability to lift heavy items and operate industrial equipment.
