Your Key Responsibilities Develop CNC programs according to productions prints provided. With Tooling department identify and coordinate the required tooling as per production prints. Perform basic problem solving and troubleshoot to resolve production/process issues to meet required standards. Responsible for accuracy and functionallity of machine programs to performed required process(s). Analyze machine/program problems and take corrective action in timely manner. Follow and accurately record/safe data as directed in production tracking systems. Required to perform inspection of own work. Required to train other programers as needed. May be required to perform work for other departments or occasionally to set up a process for others to operate. Ability to read and interpret production prints. Requires adequate computer skills to access production procedures to perform the required work. Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas.
