The Village Of Erin Meadows has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Care Aide to join their team. • Status: unscheduled part time hours • Location: 2930 Erin Centre Blvd., Mississauga The hiring rate for this role is $ 20.36 per collective agreement/employee association agreement. It would be considered an asset if you have: * Have a valid PSW Certificate that is 600 hours or greater and meets the vocational standards established by the Ministry of Training, Colleges & Universities OR an Internationally Educated Nurse with experience working as a PSW, PCA or equivalent * Proven alignment with our organizational vision, mission, and values of Caring relationships, Persistent and passionate, Positive, Can-do attitude, Creative and innovative, Hardworking and hands-on and Genuine and humble. * Previous experience working in a Long-Term Care or Retirement Setting. * Knowledge of the skills required to work with people living with Dementia. * Experience providing activities of daily living within a geriatric population. Exigences

Candidates must possess a valid PSW Certificate (600+ hours) or be an Internationally Educated Nurse with relevant experience. Previous experience in a long-term care or retirement setting and knowledge of dementia care are considered significant assets.
