We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our Finance team through a work-term placement from September to December 2026. This role is ideal for a post-secondary student interested in gaining practical experience in finance administration, data entry, records management, and day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities Enter financial data, including invoices, expense reports, and vendor information, into finance systems. Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and proper coding. Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data entry. Scan, file, and organize financial records in both electronic and paper formats. Support the Finance team with basic reporting and data requests. Follow confidentiality requirements and internal financial procedures. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution, preferably in business administration, accounting, finance, office administration, or a related program. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational skills and the ability to manage routine tasks efficiently. Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative Finance team. Eligibility This position is intended to be funded through ICTC’s Work Integrated Learning initiatives, funded by the Government of Canada’s Student Work Placement Program (SWPP). To Be Eligible, Students Must Be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons. Be enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution.
