*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fire Alarm Annual Technician to ensure the safety and compliance of life safety systems like fire alarm systems ,emergency lighting and sprinklers through comprehensive yearly inspections and maintenance. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing thorough testing, troubleshooting, and servicing of fire alarm systems across various facilities. Your expertise will help safeguard lives and property by maintaining reliable fire detection and notification systems. *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive testing of fire alarm control panels, devices, and notification signals to ensure proper operation and compliance with applicable codes and standards. * Perform inspections and flow tests of water sprinkler systems and standpipe systems to verify functionality and system performance. * Inspect emergency lighting systems and portable fire extinguishers to confirm compliance with safety regulations and operational requirements. * Prepare accurate, detailed, and code-compliant inspection reports, documenting deficiencies, test results, and recommended corrective actions. * Troubleshoot and repair fire protection system deficiencies on-site, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with safety standards. *Requirements* * CFAA Certification * Valid Ontario Class G Driver?s Licence with a clean driving record. * 1?5 years of hands-on field experience in fire alarm systems, fire protection, or related electrical work. * Physically capable of performing field duties, including lifting equipment, working at heights, climbing ladders, and operating tools safely in various work environments.
