We're growing fast, and we need a PM who can own projects from first call to final invoice. What You'll Get $65,000–$80,000 base salary, based on experience Performance bonus tied to project margins — your results, your upside Company vehicle + fuel card Extended health & dental benefits + paid vacation Full-time, permanent role with growth toward Senior PM / Operations Multilingual team — English/Mandarin/Cantonese an asset for our diverse client base What You'll Do Own restoration projects end-to-end: scoping, estimating, crew scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and closeout Write accurate estimates in Xactimate and manage claims through XactAnalysis Work directly with insurance adjusters, property managers, and homeowners to keep claims moving Lead and support field technicians; conduct site inspections at every project phase Monitor budgets, timelines, and margins; deliver projects on target Keep documentation complete and claim-ready (photos, moisture logs, scope notes) Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response (approx. 4–5 weeks/year) What We're Looking For 3+ years project management experience in restoration (or closely related: insurance construction, remediation) Proficiency with Xactimate required; XactAnalysis and Encircle an asset Working knowledge of the insurance claims process and IICRC standards (WRT certification an asset — we'll fund additional certifications) Strong leadership, communication, and organization; able to juggle multiple active projects Valid BC Driver's License with a clean abstract Legally eligible to work in Canada Location: Greater Vancouver, field + office Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday + on-call rotation Apply with your resume today.
