The Beauty Specialist will provide expert advice and personalized product recommendations to customers, assist with the upkeep of the beauty department, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities also include staying informed about the latest beauty trends, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience. Collaboration with colleagues to meet sales goals is essential. Qualifications Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty trends Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to advise on personalized beauty solutions and recommend suitable products Sales and promotional experience within the retail or beauty industry Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Familiarity with loyalty programs and an ability to engage customers Previous experience in a beauty-focused retail environment is an asset Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends Additional certification in cosmetology or skincare is a plus

The Beauty Specialist provides expert product recommendations and personalized beauty advice to customers while maintaining the beauty department's organization. They are also responsible for promoting loyalty programs and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals.
