Work closely with business and technology teams to coordinate resources, deliverables, vendors, and project priorities. Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery strategies to keep projects on track. Support change and readiness activities to help teams successfully adopt new processes and solutions. Risk & Governance Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes. Monitor budgets, timelines, scope, and quality to support successful project delivery. Ensure projects follow established governance, project management standards, and approval processes. Coordinate project closeout activities, including transitions, lessons learned, and final deliverables. Communication & Reporting Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and foster effective collaboration. Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear, timely communication throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, budget, risks, and key decisions. Escalate significant risks and issues and keep stakeholders informed of changes and required actions. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or a related field. 3+ years of project management experience; healthcare project management experience is an asset. PMP designation is preferred but not required. Adaptable and comfortable navigating changing priorities and organizational needs. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, analysis, communication, and project delivery.
