Join our Residential Rental team as a Regional Operations Manager, Residential Rentals and provide strategic and operational leadership for the residential rental portfolio, driving performance, team success, and an exceptional resident experience. ABOUT THE ROLE * Provide strategic and operational leadership across the residential rental portfolio, ensuring strong financial, operational, leasing, and resident-service performance. * Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and their teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Oversee property operations, budgets, capital projects, asset management, leasing strategies, and new community openings. * Drive resident satisfaction and retention by ensuring exceptional service and effective resolution of complex issues. * Monitor financial performance, key metrics, risks, and compliance requirements, implementing strategies to optimize results. * Build strong relationships with internal teams, residents, government and regulatory bodies, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, corporate policies, health and safety requirements, and risk-management practices. * Promote operational excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration across the portfolio. EXPERIENCE * Post-secondary education in Property Management, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; professional designations are an asset. * Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-residential property management. * Strong experience in operations, financial and capital management, strategic planning, leasing, and asset optimization. * Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and managing complex resident and stakeholder relationships. * Strong analytical, financial, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Thorough knowledge of applicable legislation and proficiency with relevant business systems. * Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
