Child & Youth Support Worker – Siksika

The Henry Three Suns Youth Support Worker is responsible for the delivery of quality care services to youth with moderate to severe behavioral problems delivered in a residential group home setting. The Youth Support Worker ensures care is provided in the best interest of the child, their health and safety, and supportive of positive growth and development. They participate in all aspects of program life and are responsible for the daily care, wellness, and supervision of our residents. This position requires morning, evening, overnight and weekend availability, plus statutory holidays. Shifts are generally 7:00am to 3:00pm; 3:00pm to 11:00pm; 11:00pm to 7:00am. Deliver quality care and supervision to youth with moderate to severe behavioral problems in a residential group home. Ensure the health, safety, and positive growth of residents through daily care and program participation.

Candidates must be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays. The role is entry-level and requires the ability to handle high-activity periods.
