We’re hiring: Snow School Manager Snow Valley is looking for a full-time seasonal Snow School Manager to lead one of Ontario’s largest and most dynamic snow school teams for the upcoming winter season. Location: Snow Valley Ski Resort, Barrie, Ontario Term: Full-time seasonal, September to April Compensation: $30.00–$40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience Reports to: Director of Alpine Experience If you’re an experienced leader who loves winter, guest service, staff development, and building a strong team culture, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on thousands of guests and hundreds of seasonal team members. About the role The Snow School Manager oversees lesson programs, school groups, private lessons, race programs, instructor support, scheduling, safety, guest experience, and Terrain Park operations. This role works closely with Team Leaders, instructors, coaches, Terrain Park staff, and resort departments to keep daily operations running smoothly throughout the season. What you’ll lead In this role, you’ll support and guide a large seasonal team while helping create safe, fun, and memorable learning experiences for guests of all ages and abilities. Key responsibilities · Lead lesson programs, school groups, private lessons, race operations, and Terrain Park activities. · Recruit, train, schedule, deploy, and support instructors, coaches, Team Leaders, and Terrain Park staff. · Maintain strong communication, safe operations, guest satisfaction, and a positive Snow School culture. We’re looking for someone who · Has experience leading large seasonal, recreation, hospitality, ski resort, or guest-service teams. · Communicates clearly, solves problems quickly, and stays organized through busy peak-season days. · Brings a passion for employee development, safety, guest experience, and team culture. Preferred qualifications CSIA, CASI, or equivalent certification is preferred. Ski or snowboard instruction, school group, children’s program, race program, terrain park, scheduling, budgeting, or First Aid experience are considered assets. Why join Snow Valley?
