Here’s where you’ll have an impact: Exceed customer expectations, both internal and external, by building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions; role model, coach, and reinforce customer service standards daily for all staff. Execute pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards, drive sales, control labor, monitor margins, and manage shrinkage. Act in the patient’s best interest by implementing and supporting patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs. Inspire a positive, patient-focused culture and experience, ensuring product availability, customer service standards, and business plan execution to meet KPIs. Actively engage in all areas of Fusion to ensure a seamless and consistent pharmacy experience across locations. Be an ambassador for the company values, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and fostering an inclusive environment within the pharmacy. Manage the selection, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and succession planning processes. Build and maintain strong team relationships in a supportive and motivating work environment, ensuring an appropriate balance of labor and maximizing team members' potential. Ensure all regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention) are implemented and adhered to within the department; train staff accordingly. What you bring to the table: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution. Must be a licensed pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility. Injection and First Aid certification. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist. Kroll software experience is preferred. Exigences

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and be a licensed pharmacist in good standing with at least 2 years of experience. Additionally, injection and first aid certifications are required, with preference given to those with Kroll software experience.
