Supervise aquatic staff and support recruitment and scheduling, while ensuring swimmer safety, pool rule compliance, water quality, and proper facility operations. Provide customer service and administrative support, manage the aquatic products shop, assist with events, and help plan and publish program offerings.

Operate the ice resurfacer and edger, maintain the ice and facility cleanliness, and handle snow removal and minor repairs. Check equipment and user safety, provide first aid and customer service as needed, and collect admission fees when required.
