This includes access to WWT’s Advanced Technology Center (ATC), a collaborative ecosystem featuring state-of-the-art hardware and software that enables customers and partners to conceptualize, test, and validate innovative solutions before deploying them at scale.The impact you will have: As a master of vendor Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and rebate claiming processes and tools, you will manage all financial and operational aspects of Softchoice’s vendor investments for a specific set of vendors. In this role you will develop and maintain operational relationships with your specific set of vendors and operate under strict financial policies. This role is hybrid with the expectation of working in the Toronto office once a week. What you’ll do: Manage and master vendor MDF (Marketing Development Funds) and rebate claiming processes/tools. Perform precise monthly MDF reconciliation and submit billing to Finance on time. Reconcile all vendor rebate programs tied to sales (customer‑specific and product‑line). Ensure compliance with all vendor contract POP (Proof of Performance) and reporting requirements. Document and manage all vendor funding and rebate program requirements. Support program administration and operational management for assigned vendors. Serve as the single point of contact for Finance regarding vendor funding questions. Support creation of activity and budget plans with MDF/financial policy insights. Contribute to MDF program strategy, identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and vendor fund utilization. Serve as direct contact for vendor reps in Channel, Marketing, and Finance. Manage end‑to‑end vendor funding processes (contracts, approvals, portals, etc.). Gather project details and create MDF projects. Collect and coordinate all POP requirements from program owners. Support MDF revenue forecast modeling. Responsible for inbox management on general support inquires. Lead vendor on-boarding, including portal set-up, process orientation, and ongoing support for new partners. Develop training guides/manuals for specific vendor processes for training/back‑up support. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall partner experience, streamlining touchpoints across vendor programs. What you’ll bring to the table: 3-5 years of experience within finance and/or operations. Intermediate Excel experience required. Strong financial acumen or financial-focused degree. Understanding of commercial IT hardware/software market is an asset. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Creative and strategic thinker. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Compensation: A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position in Toronto is $62,000 to $74,000,annually + 8% as target incentives. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
