We're a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of another person to work in our Toronto Showroom as a sales associate. What's in it for you * Permanent, full time position * Health spending account * $1,000 toward your own Bells of Steel equipment * Accessible location in Vaughan, with free parking available * Great working environment opportunities to work independently and as part of the team What you'll do * Assisting customers with product selection and dropping knowledge bombs * Using product knowledge to upsell customers * Creating sales quotes * Handling inbound and outbound calls Some of the softwares you'll be using * Gorgias * ClickUp * Bright Pearl Who you are * A self-starter who thrives with little to no supervision and strong problem-solving instincts * Experience with email ticketing software is an asset, and you're comfortable handling phone calls * Willing to pitch in around the warehouse and get your hands dirty when needed The schedule & location This role is based in our Toronto location, where the core hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30am to 6:00pm.

The sales associate will assist customers with product selection and provide expert knowledge on fitness equipment. They are also responsible for creating sales quotes and managing inbound and outbound customer communications.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and extensive knowledge of fitness equipment. Experience with email ticketing software is considered an asset for this role.
