Job Description What your day to day will look like: Advise customers by promoting our furniture and accessories; Ensure after-sales follow-up in order to track deliveries and answer customer questions; Participate in inventory management and reception of goods; Ensure that furniture and accessories are highlighted and that the store is clean; Perform other related duties; Open and close the store. Qualifications Qualifications required for this position: Experience in retail including 1 year of experience as Keyholder; Demonstrate a sense of listening and the ability to offer advice; Strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm and interest in interior design; Available Monday to Friday, and daytime Saturday and Sunday; Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg); Ability to communicate in French, an asset. The Keyholder is responsible for advising customers on furniture and accessories while ensuring the store remains clean and well-merchandised. They also handle inventory management, after-sales follow-ups, and the daily opening and closing of the store.

Candidates must have at least one year of retail experience in a keyholder capacity and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are required, with availability during weekdays and weekends.
