About The Role We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our International Programs and Salesforce Center of Excellence team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing and integrating digital solutions within BRP’s Salesforce ecosystem, supporting ongoing improvement projects, and contributing to the SAP S4 International deployment program. Your primary focus will be on defining reliable, high-performance, and scalable technical solutions that enhance the warranty management system. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and subject matter experts, to ensure seamless integration between the Warranty platform, Salesforce, and SAP S4. Your expertise will be instrumental in diagnosing complex integration issues, drafting detailed specifications, and providing oversight throughout project development, ensuring solutions meet business needs and technical standards.
