About The Role We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our International Programs and Salesforce Center of Excellence team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing and integrating digital solutions within BRP’s Salesforce ecosystem, supporting ongoing improvement projects, and contributing to the SAP S4 International deployment program. Your primary focus will be on defining reliable, high-performance, and scalable technical solutions that enhance the warranty management system. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, and subject matter experts, to ensure seamless integration between the Warranty platform, Salesforce, and SAP S4. Your expertise will be instrumental in diagnosing complex integration issues, drafting detailed specifications, and providing oversight throughout project development, ensuring solutions meet business needs and technical standards. Qualifications 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a Salesforce environment Proven experience in drafting functional specifications and solution integration Hands-on experience diagnosing Salesforce integration issues, analyzing data flows, and troubleshooting using Salesforce debug logs, SOQL, API logs, and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace Strong understanding of data models, error management, and integration patterns Ability to take initiative, anticipate questions, and provide prompt solutions Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging with global stakeholders Knowledge of the Twod Salesforce warranty module and SAP S4 is an asset Responsibilities Support business teams in resolving testing and maintenance issues related to warranty management systems Ensure proper integration of the warranty solution within BRP’s Salesforce and SAP S4 platforms Draft detailed functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and integrations Provide rigorous oversight during project development, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess effort estimates, implement improvements, and resolve system issues Identify gaps in existing systems and propose innovative solutions to optimize performance and reliability Monitor integration points and troubleshoot data flow issues using diagnostic tools and logs Document processes, solutions, and best practices to facilitate ongoing support and knowledge sharing Benefits Annual bonus based on the company’s financial performance Generous paid time off and holiday season shutdown Comprehensive pension plan and collective savings opportunities Industry-leading healthcare coverage fully paid by BRP Flexible work schedule and summer hours depending on department and location Educational resources and development programs Discount on BRP products and recreational gear Equal Opportunity BRP is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.
