Super Save Group is looking to hire a full-time welder to join our team. This position does not require a welding certification, but prior experience is required. This position is 100% in our weld shop, no travel is required. *Key Duties & Responsibilities:* * Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications. * Repair worn or damaged parts of our company bins and construction fencing. * Testing the weld for cracks, defects, or porosity. * Cleaning and maintaining welding equipment. * Liaising with teams and supervisors to get equipment and material back in service in time to meet company needs. * Promptly report any incidents and complete all necessary documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Adhere to company Health and Safety Program standards and follow all safe operating practices. *What you bring:* * At least 6+ months of MIG welding experience is required. * Necessary skills to prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and cutting as needed. * Physically fit and able to safely lift 50-70 lbs. throughout the day. * Work well in a team setting and as an individual. * Ability to follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. * Good ability to communicate in English. *What we offer:* * Comprehensive benefits. * Company Pension plan available after 1 year of employment.
