*Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical pharmacy experience. This position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care through medication management, patient assessment, and collaborative healthcare practices. The Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring safe medication use, managing inventory, and utilizing advanced pharmacy software systems. Candidates with a strong background in compounding medications,and immunizations are encouraged to apply. A pharmacy residency or pediatric experience is preferred to enhance patient service delivery in diverse clinical environments. *Duties* * Dispense prescription medications accurately using pharmacy software * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapy * Manage medication inventory, including ordering, stock rotation, and documentation * Administer immunizations and provide patient education on medication use and health management * Collaborate with healthcare providers on medical management plans, including pain management and acute care strategies * Participate in patient service activities such as medication reconciliation and counseling * Maintain accurate documentation of all pharmacy activities and interventions *Skills* * Proficiency with pharmacy software and inventory management tools * Expertise in compounding medications. * Experience with immunizations, and medication administration procedures * Ability to perform patient assessments and deliver high-quality patient care * Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patients This position offers an engaging environment where professional expertise directly impacts patient outcomes.
