What we can offer to Construction Laborer: ✅ Permanent full-time work, year-round (no seasonal layoffs!) ✅ Starting at $22.00/hour with rapid promotion opportunities: Co-foreman: Earn between $60,000 - $75,000/year, based on performance Foreman: Earn between $75,000 - $89,000/year, based on performance ✅ Comprehensive benefits package after 90 days ✅ Company-provided truck, equipment, and all necessary tools ✅ Extensive initial and ongoing training What You’ll Do as a Construction Laborer: Perform hands-on installations of various systems using company-approved, high-quality methods Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company truck before heading to job sites Unload and clean the truck upon returning to the company warehouse What We’re Looking For in Construction Laborer: Shares our core values: INTEGRITY: We are a customer-focused service company redefining the contracting industry.
