Define and implement TARDIF’s digital product architecture, including 3D modeling standards, standardized components, product configurations, and structured engineering data. Prepare product data, bills of materials, and manufacturing process foundations for a future ERP, PDM/PLM environment, and CNC automation, while guiding the engineering team through adoption of new methods.
