Responsibilities When your actions lead to success: Own and coordinate the end-to-end workflow for the Art and Dymoflex departments, ensuring priorities, deadlines, and resources are clearly managed. Establish and maintain effective workflows, queues, directories, archives, and production processes. Prioritize incoming projects based on production requirements, deadlines, capacity, and business priorities. Monitor departmental performance and identify bottlenecks, delays, rework, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure projects move efficiently through the department and provide regular updates to Production and other stakeholders. Participate in daily production meetings and communicate priorities, capacity, issues, and status updates. Support the planning and execution of large-scale projects, including large bus kits. Support quoting and Sales when required by providing operational and technical input. Qualifications When your expertise drives us: Leads with accountability and sets clear expectations.
