You bring the energy, the style, and the attitude that keeps customers coming back.What You'll Be Doing Hit your sales goals and help the team achieve overall targets Keep the store looking on point with strong visual merchandising and displays Follow all policies and procedures (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention) Support daily operations like restocking and backstore tasks Help create a positive, inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome What Sets You Apart High school diploma or equivalent Experience in retail or service industry Deep interest in fashion Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people Available for day, night, and weekend shifts Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs. The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales to meet store targets while maintaining high standards of visual merchandising. They also perform daily operational tasks such as restocking and ensuring a positive, inclusive customer experience.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in the retail or service industry. Applicants should possess a strong interest in fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
