We treat every dog like family - and we're looking for someone who feels the same. *Duties* * Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and nail clipping for various breeds of dogs and cats. * Assess the condition of each pet's coat and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques and products. * Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use. * Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets' grooming needs and any health concerns observed during grooming sessions. * Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. * Lift and handle pets safely, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process. *Qualifications* * Previous grooming experience is REQUIRED ( max 2 years plus certifications) * Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and their pets. * Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when handling larger breeds or multiple pets. * Knowledge of various grooming techniques and products is a must. * A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their care and well-being. * Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to pet owners. *Perks* * Flexible scheduling * Supportive and friendly team * Tips & bonuses Join our team and help us provide exceptional grooming services that enhance the lives of pets and their owners!
