We are seeking Seasonal full-time and part-time Greenskeepers to join our Turfcare department for the remainder of the 2026 Golf Season. As a Greenskeeper, you will assist in the daily maintenance of all golf course areas for daily play, such as mowing, bunker raking, course cleanup, and course set up. If you are a positive and energetic individual who enjoys working early mornings, being outdoors, and working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: * Perform mowing, trimming, aeration, and watering activities to maintain turf health and appearance. * Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment including mowers, string trimmers and backpack blowers * Operate golf carts and tow various implements and trailers * Collaborate with team members to support special events, course setups, and seasonal transitions. * Adhere to all safety policies and environmental regulations Qualifications: * A positive attitude with ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tasks * Effective communication skills to interact professionally with staff, management, and members. * Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting (up to 40lbs), bending, and standing for extended periods and a willingness to work outdoors in various conditions, including inclement weather. * Experience in, groundskeeping, or a related role within the recreational or landscaping industry, is an asset * Knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment is an asset * A valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation as there is no public transportation available to our location Why choose us: * An inclusive and diverse working environment highlighted by creativity and collaboration, featuring top industry leaders * Numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth including training and development * Employee referral program that rewards the additional talent you bring * Numerous employee recognition programs to reward you for your incredible efforts Additional Details: These are seasonal full-time and part-time positions that report to the Turfcare Supervisor. Successful candidates will be required to work through to the end of the Golf Season (typically mid-late October) with the potential to extend depending on business requirements. Successful applicants must have availability to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace certification prior to commencing employment.
