Campus Acura Victoria is looking for an energetic, dependable, and organized Lot Attendant to support our dealership team. Working closely with our Sales department, you’ll play an important role in making sure our vehicles are clean, organized, and presented to the highest standard for our customers. You’ll take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience, paying close attention to detail, and helping ensure every interaction reflects our dealership’s commitment to customer satisfaction. A Day in the Life Maintain and monitor the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of all vehicle inventory, including exterior washing and interior cleaning Ensure vehicles are displayed in a way that creates a positive first impression for customers Maneuver, arrange, and relocate inventory and guest vehicles with care Capture clear, appealing photos of pre-owned vehicle inventory and assist with posting them online Ensure any potential issues with vehicles or the dealership property are promptly reported Safe use of tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies Ensure a high degree of confidentiality with company and customer information Participate in maintaining a supportive and engaging working environment Other duties as assigned What We’re Looking For A valid BC Driver’s license is required, including a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract report Previous experience in the automotive industry is considered a strong asset Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred Strong customer-service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Reliable, punctual, and dependable This is a physically active role and requires the following: Frequent walking throughout the dealership building and lot Walking and/or standing for long periods Frequent operation of automatic and manual transmission vehicles Washing vehicles, which may include use of various cleaning products and frequent bending, crouching, and reaching Significant time spent outdoors in various weather, including sun, rain, wind, snow, cold, and heat. Weather conditions are monitored for safety as needed What We Offer Competitive wages Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role of 40 hours per week. The regularly scheduled hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, depending on the dealership’s schedule and operational requirements.
