As a Flagger, you'll play a critical role in supporting construction and infrastructure projects across various locations, spending much of your time on the road and working in different communities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, working outdoors, and being part of a team that keeps projects moving safely and efficiently. Extensive travel, including overnight stays and extended periods away from home, is a key part of this role. You'll work in dynamic environments, set up and manage traffic control zones, direct traffic using approved signage, and interact professionally with the public while ensuring compliance with TCP Book 7 standards and company safety requirements. The position offers the opportunity to experience new places, work on diverse projects, and build a career that combines adventure, teamwork, and responsibility. Successful candidates are reliable, adaptable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather and construction conditions. Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and out-of-town assignments is essential. Previous construction experience, TCP Book 7 certification, and a valid driver's licence are considered assets, but training opportunities may be available for motivated candidates eager to start a rewarding career on the road.
