Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff. Plan and control budget and inventory. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees .
