Direct and control daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring. Manage financial tasks such as budget analysis, cash balancing, and inventory maintenance to boost profits.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent experience and 7 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
