Position Overview: We are currently hiring experienced AZ or DZ Snow Plow Operators to assist with our snow removal operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating a heavy truck equipped with a snow plow attachment to clear roads. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. Responsibilities: Safe and efficient operation of spreader, plow wing, to perform snow removal on local roads as per the contract requirements, Maintain accurate documentation to complete the necessary paperwork, Maintain/clean equipment and conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs as required, Familiar with performance requirements; understand route map and sand/salt applications, Meet call in requirements during a winter storm event, Perform other duties as required. Requirements: DZ or AZ license with a clean drivers abstract, and CVOR-D required, 2 years previous experience in winter-maintenance operations, Available to respond to call-ins within one hour, Ability to work assigned shifts, and extended hours (evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays) as winter events require, Mechanical knowledge, ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to equipment considered an asset, Good understanding of MTO standards, Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal), Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage of $40.00 CAD per hour. $4500.00 CAD standby rate. Opportunities for overtime during peak snowfall periods. Training and development opportunities. Exigences

Must possess a DZ or AZ license with a clean driver's abstract and CVOR-D, along with at least 2 years of winter maintenance experience. Candidates must be available for call-ins within one hour and able to work extended hours in extreme weather.
