The Reception and Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience from the moment they enter the shop. They will manage service queues, handle communications, and assist with product sales and inventory.

Candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with visual merchandising and previous experience in a salon or barbershop setting is considered an asset.
