Construction Administration Coordinator – Full-Time | In-Office | Toronto, ON | Annual Salary: $50,000 - 70,000 Toronique is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administration Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on the administrative and coordination side of construction projects. This is not a site-based role. Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain construction project documentation, records, and files Assist with contracts, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and related documentation Communicate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members Track project schedules, outstanding items, approvals, and deliverables Assist with permit, drawing, and consultant documentation Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting notes, and project updates Maintain organized records of drawings, contracts, quotations, invoices, and other project documents Follow up with trades, consultants, and suppliers as required Support project managers with day-to-day project administration Assist with general construction office operations and administrative tasks Prioritize and organize daily, weekly, and monthly office and company tasks, objectives, and deadlines Monitor progress on assigned tasks and company goals, ensuring appropriate follow-up and timely completion Manage competing priorities effectively through strong time management and organization Qualifications Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, or a related construction role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Comfortable reviewing construction-related documents, drawings, contracts, and invoices Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a team Experience with residential construction or development is considered an asset.
