The Registered Nurse will develop and implement nursing care plans for paediatric diabetes patients while providing counseling and education to families. They will function as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practices and effective diabetes management through a case management model.

Candidates must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and hold a Certified Diabetes Educator designation. The role requires 3-5 years of current paediatric nursing experience and at least 5 years of experience in diabetes counseling.
