'Na̱mg̱is Community Services is accepting applications for an Aboriginal Infant Development Consultant who is a highly motivated and reliable to deliver individually appropriate services to infants, young children (birth to 5 years), and their families during home/office/ program visits, 35 hours per week. The AIDP Consultant will work with related agencies, professionals, and work independently to maintain client caseload and group facilitation as required. Knowledge And Skill Requirements Infant Development Program Certificate or Diploma, CYC or F/N-CYC education, ECE Diploma/ training or equivalent education or related experience. Able to work in a home visiting program with children and families, applying principles of culturally appropriate, and family-centered practice. Willingness to understand trauma-informed practice. Minimum of three years' experience working in the ECE field. Experience working with Microsoft Office Good verbal and written communication skills Able to work well independently and as a team Employment Requirements: Satisfactory Criminal Record check, in conjunction with the Vulnerable Sector. Must have a reliable vehicle, valid Driver's License, and clean driving record. Exigences
