Job DescriptionAs a Data Developer at Ubisoft Montreal, you will join the Player Domain within the Ubisoft Data Office. You will design, build, and deliver reliable data pipelines that meet high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability, from technical specification to live deployment. Working closely with architects and partners, you will ensure data solutions support product strategy and real usage. What you’ll do Develop and maintain data pipelines with a strong focus on quality, performance, and reliability Translate product analysis into technical specifications in collaboration with business analysts Partner with architects to design efficient data models and tables that accelerate time to insight Design and monitor data quality indicators to ensure data integrity and consistency Create and maintain test documentation, including unit and functional tests Monitor production environments and contribute to operational stability Communicate progress clearly, adapting messages to different audiences Identify and resolve issues proactively using a structured problem-solving approach Design and optimize ELT flows to support scalable data processing Align data solutions with product strategy and business usage QualificationsWhat you bring to the team Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and transformation Strong experience with PySpark in data processing workflows Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake Proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration Expertise in ELT design and optimization Experience defining data quality indicators and validation processes Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Autonomy and ownership in delivering data solutions Additional InformationWhat to send our way Your CV highlighting relevant skills and experiences Links to projects, repositories, or examples demonstrating your data engineering work Contract: Permanent Work flexibility: Office-based
